The Network Concierge strives to provide clear and fair policies to ensure a positive customer experience. This document outlines our key policies regarding orders, returns, and cancellations.
Refund Policy
We offer refunds under specific conditions:
- If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund before your second session.
- Refund requests made after the second session has begun will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
- For custom or corporate programs, refer to your contract
Important exceptions:
- Refunds are unavailable for Interview Coaching, Resume Coaching, or Social Strategies services.
- Once the Leadership Circle Profile has been started, no refund is available.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances may change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
- After this 24-hour period, the order will proceed with fulfillment.
- For subscriptions or reservations:
- Cancellations are allowed up to 3 days before the next billing cycle or appointment.
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before may be subject to partial charges or fees.

- For psychological or psychiatric support, consult a licensed professional.
Confidentiality
- Client confidentiality is our priority but may be breached if:
- There's a threat of harm to yourself or others.
- Disclosure is required by law.
Refunds and Cancellations
- Refer to our Fulfillment Policy for details.
- Texas consumer protection regulations may apply to pre-paid services.
Age Restrictions
- Services are typically for individuals 18 and older.
- Parental consent is required for clients under 18.
Ethical Guidelines
- We adhere to professional coaching organizations' ethical standards.
- We avoid dual relationships that could compromise objectivity.
- Our advertising complies with Texas law, avoiding unrealistic promises.
